LEGAL NOTICE
The Town of Marshall was recently awarded a New York State Community Development Block Grant (NYS CDBG) Award through the 2025 Consolidated Funding Application for a total value of $2,000,000. The Town of Marshall is requesting proposals from qualified firms for grant administration services including, but not limited to, requests for funds, CDBG reporting, file management & coordination with funding agency personnel.
Proposal packages shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to Dan Yoxall, Water Superintendent, and be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope, "GRANT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR CDBG GRANT”, and be delivered to the Town of Marshall at 2651 State Route 12B, PO Box 242, Deansboro, NY 13328 or emailed to waterdistrict@townofmarshallny.gov by 3:00 P. M., Eastern Daylight Savings Time, on April 3, 2026. Information received after that date and time will not be considered.
The full Request for Proposals may be obtained from the Town by emailing waterdistrict@townofmarshallny.gov. Minority and Women Business Enterprise and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to submit. The Town of Marshall reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Proposals, the right to waive any informalities, the right to permit exceptions deemed not to be of substance, and the right to accept any Statement of Proposals which the Town deems to represent the prudent and economical expenditure of the public monies for the benefit of the Town’s inhabitants by securing the maximum quality.
